My work has taken me from luxury yachts across the Pacific, Caribbean, and Southern Atlantic to off-grid Patagonia, the Kona coast, Alaskan fly-in wilderness lodges, elite hunt clubs, and international villas. I move seamlessly through any terrain - leading teams, creating menus from the landscape itself, and executing full culinary operations where precision and adaptability are everything.
